As a beginner you don't need to go to a fitness center or spend hundreds to stay fit. You can easily stay within your comfort zones. The best way to improve your health is to start a fitness program.

The steps you have to take before paying in a gym:

  • Before you start doing exercises you should consult a doctor and make sure you are perfectly okay to start with a new routine.
  • Self assessment is very important; you must know your strength.
  • Set short and long-term goals and expectations.
  • Be positive
  • Never give up
  • Follow a clean diet

Exercises for beginners:
  • Work out everyday.
  • Try standard push ups at once you get some strength.
  • Add variety to push ups with inclined, declined and diamond push ups.
  • Exercising at least 3 to 4 days a week is a necessary part of a fitness routine.
  • You can also try dipping exercise using two chairs.
  • Maintain a balanced diet and drink a lot of water to stay hydrated.
  • The exercises will give up you to reach the required fitness and will give you an attractive figure.
