Take 7-8 carrots, half boiled and peeled beetroot, 4 leaves
lettuce. Blend all the ingredients and

Take two cubs cubed watermelon, 2 cups cubed honeydew melon,
2 cups cubed cantaloupe and 1 inch grated ginger. Mix all the ingredients in a
blender and add ice. This is a refreshing and cooling low calories juice
recipe.
