It has many health benefits which include helping your body build and repair cells, helping your body produce antibodies, enzymes and hormones and helping your cuts heal. Although it is a fantastic macro nutrient that acts as the building blocks for your body, consuming too much protein can cause a number of health problems as well.

Dehydration: Dehydration can cause a number of serious problems including extreme fatigue, muscle cramps, headaches, muscle spasms, difficulty breathing and loss of consciousness. Dehydration can put you at risk for a number of health problems and heat related illnesses.
