Most of the women have a common misconception about the
fitness training and their body structure. Many people treat leg presses as a
leg exercise. As you all are know squats are the best exercise for your legs. Leg
presses can be considered as an alternative for squats. You must try to squats
with weight, jumping squats etc and to more resistance for the best results in
a short time.
Stretching
and flexibility is thought to give legs a nicer, longer and leaner shape. Stretch
before and after exercise and take Yoga and Pilate's class. If you want great
legs you have to do some hard graft too.
They are many other exercises to help you to have perfect legs:
- Legs raises also shape your thighs. This can be performed while lying or in a standing form.
- Avoid taking the lift or elevators and escalator.
- Step up the chair with your one leg first and come back to the starting position next try with the other leg and do as many repeats as you can.
- Walking is the best way of exercise for your legs.
- You can try forward, backward and side lunches for better results.
- Take regular lukewarm or cold baths with a big handful of rock salt thrown in.
Physical activities for your legs:
- Walking at least 30 minutes a day.
- Dancing (Rock, Salsa, Tap dancing and Tango) is the ideal activity for achieving stunning legs.
- Swimming
- Aquaerobics
- Cycling
