Many people want to lose weight but diet won’t always workout. You can lose weight by dancing as it is also a form of exercise which many people love to do it. This is a very simple and easy method to lose weight as you can dance in the privacy of your own home, whenever and wherever you want. Dance provides you with a way to build your fitness level, increase your coordination and strength, and enhance your flexibility and your cardiovascular endurance.

Tips to Lose Weight by Dancing: 
  • To lose weight by dancing, make commitment to yourself and stick to it.
  • Get some really upbeat music, turn it up and start dancing.
  • Pick something you enjoy listening to and you won't want to stop.
  • Wear comfortable clothing like shorts and a t-shirt. Dance in light socks or with bare feet.
  • Start your dancing slowly and work your way up to 20 minutes.
  • Dance three times a week to start and later you can increase the timing gradually.
  • Pick a time when no one is home. No one will see you and you can dance in privacy.
  • Try to move your legs a lot so that it burns more calories than just moving your arms.
  • Dance any way you want but lose yourself in the music.
