Following diabetes tips to help you lose weight quickly and permanently:
  • Water is the most important food for any diabetes diet. Drink at least 6 glasses of water.
  • Exercise for everyday at least 30 minutes.
  • Every day spend fifteen minutes or so appreciating each part of your body.
  • Carbohydrate containing foods include fruits, starches, milk and yogurt.
  • Eat a whole grain food at least twice a day.
