We all know that it is important to maintain an optimal level of health and fitness. We are living in a fast moving world and therefore we compromise our health with many other things. We need both wealth and health.

Tips to workout at home

Fitness Plan:

  • Start with simple warm ups and then do some stretching exercise.
  • Squats, lunges, push ups, dips, step ups, planks and sprinting are the most effective exercises you can do at home.
  • The first day you can concentrate with lower body parts and take a rest on the next day.
  • Chairs and benches can be used for exercise such as dips or decline pushups.
  • If you don't have any stairs available, just walk around the house a few times.
  • Jogging is a great exercise for your heart. You can jog in place at home while watching TV or listening to music.
  • Dancing is a wonderful exercise, which is great for your heart.
  • Working out the upper body after the resting day.
  • Soup and Vegetables can be used as light dumbbells.
  • Even walking around 30 minutes a day will help give your more energy and mobility. You can even break it up and take 10 minutes breaks to just move around.
  • Follow this routine with proper nutrition and sound sleep.
